The second black cube has been opened!!!!

you can find the discussion on this forum. Here a guy, which nickname is SNP, which bought cube number 84,opened his cube and revealed the opening of the cube with a video!!

Here is the video of the opening of the black cube!!

Secret revealed? I don't think so! Because not all the cubes have the same content, as I wrote a lot of times.

Here is my comment of the opening that I've written on the same forum:

"Hi guys

I think you really haven't understood the content of YOUR cube; or maybe you have but you didn't wrote here.... I have also to say that the movie is really funny!

But why there was "si" and "no" written inside?

Remember that you find a arrow

and also a question.... a question that could have two answers

But what is the answer to THAT question? When you opened the cube could you see what answer was the arrow pointing to?

Secret revealed? I don't think so...

You really thinked that I would have given you such a big possibility? Yes you have opened it, but the only thing you demonstrate opening it (and sharing the movie on the internet) is that the cube contains something (no italian air or some thing similar), but is a MECHANISM, in which the answer to the particular question inside is the right one only if the cube in mantained closed.

In fact the sawdust is really well pressed and the arrow inside cannot move when the cube is closed, even if you shake it a lot of times.

I've tried that a lot of times, closing a cube and reopening it. I know the position of the arrow, so I closed it more gently, only with glue, taking the cube for days in my car while going around for the city, the I reopened it: I could find the arrow pointing to the right answer. Now also my friends will know why I was, months ago, going with cubes in my car!

Ok you think the secret of the cube has been revealed. This is real for YOUR cube and only your. First because all the other cube has inside different questions. Secondly because not all the cubes have questions inside

I have thought to different kind of things. Not different questions only, but very different kind of content

There are different series of contents, the cube opened here is only one of those kind of content

When you have the cube you can think to have THIS kind of content, but now you know that this is not the only content.

The sentence "If you open the cube the meaning of this thing is irreparably lost" is real also for those other kinds of content, as it was for this one.

SNP helped me a lot, because now you know that the cube are not empty and that there is really something that respects this sentence"

In those days I've sold a lot of cubes! But there is something more important:

the first cube has been opened!!!

Here it is the mail from the owner of that cube:

i just couldn't resist one day.
plus i was moving and needed to scale down a little bit.
the cube took up that much space so it was a good moment to give in and open it.

do i get something for being the first to open the cube?
i opened it like a month or so ago, just hadn't checked the website in a while.

How to have a warm coffee with an Intel Pentium 4 notebook

I decided to publish this guide that can be useful to possessor of a notebook with Intel Pentium 4 processor. If you use a Centrino or a Dual Core, you won't achieve the same results.
In a few steps you can have a warm coffee while working with your favourite program.
I've found that the best program for this use is Steinberg Cubase SL3, that I use to make music. When you use Cubase for 2 or 3 hours and the CPU usage becomes consistent, the laptop starts becoming very hot. I thought that this P4 feature could be used for warming up my cold coffee, so I tryed and it worked!

The most important thing is the position of the coffee; put your cold coffee on the position shown by the picture below.



Now load a project in your Cubase and start making music...



Use a lot of heavy processors, (like Waves Rverb) on all your tracks. Make sure the CPU usage reaches 80-90% in Cubase.
At this point the PC should start warming up



After one or two hours the coffee should be ready to be drunk. What you have now is some good music and a good italian coffee!!

Your patience will be rewarded buyers! Only anotyher small effort... The cube are very nice now that I've found the best way to make them: it has not been so easy to make the cubes and let them arrive safely, while it happened, some time, that the cube arrived with some scratches, or other problem. But now I'm quite sure the cube will arrive in good conditions to your house.

The cube 500 arrived to Spain! The city is Madrid and the place is veeeeery cooool. Here you can see some photos of cube 500 that is visiting a lot of place (he is very curious, you know...).

A period of big changes. I've interely modified the system. Now to buy a cube you must send me an email. This mail comes from Italy... Hai avuto un'idea geniale, non solo a livello di business ( e se ci fai un po di soldi te lo meriti ) ma soprattutto per l'idea! Mi affascina da morire, ed io che sono una persona curiosissima, di fronte ad uno dei tuoi cubi, o anche solo all'idea che esistano, mi... non so bene come dire. The new system works well and people seem to appreciate it; the first numbers people have chosen are: 50, 257 and (obviously!) 999. Before this change every cube had its own price; for example number 999 will have cost about 560 $. But now the price of the cube is determined only by how many cubes have been sold. So 999 have been sold for only 85$! I'm receiving mails about the content of the cubes. Claire wrote :
"Hello,
I hope that what is contained in the cubes is anticipation. Otherwise, I hope it isn't 999 Schrodinger's cats."

I love animals! No creature is there in the cube, don't worry guys!

Another very good suggestion comes from Nick that wrote:
"Something perked my interest when thinking about your black cubes. I was thinking about the fact that your most likely the only one who knows what are in the cube when constructed. If anyone else finds out (i.e. if you had a list of what went into the cubes) what is in them it obviously destroys the whole value of your project. Do you think that poses a problem for selling these cubes at all?"

I've of course thought a lot about that... Maybe a cube opened can change my project...but i have to say that also the content of the cube is about curiosity, not only the whole object, so the interest can be mantained. I'm sayng to much, I have to stop talking!
Open your cube if you want, i have given that possibility...
By now 51 cubes have been sold in about a month.

Another thing: i'm changing the material and the way i make cubes; i will post some photo to show the differences between the first cubes and the ones i make now.

31 cubes! I'm quite busy now, i have to organize my spaces better, but i've done all the cubes that i'm shipping in these days. Sala received cube number 4. I'm asking myself if he had already opened it! Also a good new: an interview for an important newspaper is coming...

Today i received a mail from my first real customer (the first 3 cubes have been sold to some friends of mine...). This guy is Sala, the genial artist who made onethousandpaintings. He said he loves my project and will make an article on the collection page of his site.
